Abandoned Garden
Abandoned Garden - for me personally, this was a very difficult period. Two small children, lack of sleep... but I felt hope that it would end soon, that there would be a better tomorrow. Roses are an exception in my work, but they found their way here, thorns and all.
Painting Through Abandoned Garden
I created this 100 ×120 cm canvas during one of the hardest times of my life - two small children, sleepless nights, feeling abandoned in my own garden. But even in that exhaustion, I felt hope. Working with acrylics, I painted roses, which is unusual for me. They're not my typical flowers, but they insisted on being in this piece, complete with their thorns. Because that's what that period was - beautiful and painful at the same time, hope mixed with exhaustion, the promise of better tomorrows even when today feels impossible.
The Original Abandoned Garden
This is the original painting, one of a kind, holding all the complexity of that difficult time. The roses with their thorns, the sense of abandonment but also hope, the feeling that even in the hardest seasons, there's still beauty and the promise of change. It's raw and honest, an exception in my collection because it came from an exceptional time.
