Frozen Bloom
Frozen Bloom came to life during the depths of winter, when everything outside felt crystallized and still. I wanted to capture that moment when flowers meet frost - delicate blooms suspended in ice, beautiful and fragile at the same time.
Creating Frozen Bloom
The inspiration was literally outside my window - the way winter transforms everything into something almost glass-like. I worked with acrylics and mixed media to build up those icy textures, layering translucent and opaque elements to mimic how ice catches and refracts light. There's something magical about flowers in winter, that contrast between soft organic forms and sharp frozen edges.
The Frozen Bloom Aesthetic
This piece has a cool, ethereal quality - like looking at blooms through frosted glass. The mixed media elements add dimension and that crystalline texture that makes it feel almost tactile. It's painted on a 100×100cm canvas, giving the frozen florals room to breathe. Each layer builds on the last, creating depth that shifts as light moves across the surface throughout the day.

Materials & Process
Each original painting is created using high-quality acrylic paints, applied in multiple layers through an intuitive and physical process.
The layering is an essential part of my work and remains clearly visible in the final surface, creating depth, movement and pronounced texture.
Alongside traditional acrylics, I occasionally use acrylic sprays, fluorescent acrylic colors, and additional media to enhance texture and visual contrast. These elements are integrated naturally during the painting process and contribute to the tactile, expressive character of each piece.
All paintings are finished with a protective satin varnish with UV protection, helping to preserve color vibrancy and surface quality over time.
The works are painted on 100% cotton canvas with a 2 cm deep profile.
The sides of the canvas are never left white — the painting either continues around the edges or they are painted in a complementary color, allowing the artwork to be displayed without the need for framing.
Each painting is delivered ready to hang, fitted with a hanging hook on the back, and signed on the reverse with the artist’s signature, artwork title and year of creation.
While framing is not required, the canvas can be professionally framed later if desired.

The same applies to international orders for larger original artworks, where a personalized shipping quote may offer a more accurate — and sometimes lower — shipping cost.
Each artwork is carefully packed using multiple layers of protective cardboard. Larger artworks are shipped in a custom wooden crate and sent via a professional courier service.
returns
Original artworks are unique, one-of-a-kind pieces and are carefully prepared and inspected before shipping. For this reason, returns or exchanges are not generally accepted.

For orders shipped outside the EU (including the USA), no VAT is charged by us and prices are final.
Any import duties or local taxes, if applicable, are determined by the destination country.
